Hotel Terranova - Panama City

Overall it was a real good stay for 3 nights. The location was decent on the skyline of panama city, the staff were more than helpful.

The location is good- within a short walk from numerous restaurants, the waterfront, and a major shopping mall. The view from the pool was great- and the pool itself was good.

-----The staff need to learn how to smile! It would improve the hotel immensely. ----- The room was okay, but the a/c unit was directly over the bed making it very difficult to sleep. The sheets were scratchy and the bed hard. ----The only gave us two small towels- even when asking for more, so we had no towel for the pool- using our room towels. ---- They need to clean around the pool deck and stop people from putting their cigarette butts out on the deck- gross! ---The breakfast, while decent, lacked any sort of fruit option??? In a tropical country?? And the eggs were scrambled within an inch of their life. The oj was tang- not juice- again this is a tropical country?? ---- The taxis out front charge triple what the local yellow cabs charge- so don't use them at all!------

the total stay was wonderful for 3 nights. our queen room included an electronic key card, a work desk, and a tv set. the breakfast was really tasty with juice, and the team was amiable and kept the space clean. the hotel was located in the middle of the city.

Poor service obligated to paid every day restaurant accept only cash breakfast included in room price very poor. If you want another cup of coffee you need to pay for. Phone without voice mail. No call can be directly done from the room, need to ask the operator. Etc.etc.

Loved our comfortable stay for 3 nights. Quiet and bright room, climate control, TV set and a writing table were a nice surprise.

The friendly staff and great breakfast options also added to my good experience during my five-night stay.

The location was supposedly good as it is close to Calle Uruguay, but there isn't much on Calle Uruguay worth seeing anyway.

The room wasn't particularly clean, the air conditioner was directly over the bed, so it blew on you all night long. The hotel looked drab.

The hotel is fairly clean and has attentive and helpful staff. It's the first place where the staff were more than helpful. The property's restaurant is good for breakfast. We would stay here again if passing through.

The location was perfect, and the rooftop pool offered amazing views of the skyline and ocean, which definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly.

The rooftop pool was awesome, and I loved the bicycle rentals for exploring the area. The hot shower was definitely a highlight after a long day out. Excellent location for easy access to everything!

Convenient Stay with a Unique Rooftop Pool!

The rooftop pool provided a fine view of Panama City at night, nice. Despite the basic amenities, the relaxing vibe and open access to the pool made it worthwhile. For future guests, consider bringing your own snacks, as the dining options are limited.

Great location for walking.

It was a great base for exploring the Biomuseo and Casco Viejo. The shuttle made getting around easy. The pool on the rooftop was a nice touch.

It was really spotty, frustrating when I needed to check in for my flights.
